Rocket Neon will endeavour to have your order delivered to your NZ address within 3 working days if your order is ex-stock.
Rocket Neon will endeavour to have your order delivered to your NZ address within 10 working days if it is a custom build product or a backorder.
If there are delays you will be advised by email.

This passes to you at the time your order leaves the Rocket Neon warehouse.
Cancellation Policy
Rocket Neon reserves the right to cancel your order at any time prior to shipping and provide a full refund. This could occur if there are irregularities in the payment, payment details or address provided by you.
